Packaging details to confirm before shipment
Product protection, component identification and clear instructions belong in the packing discussion.
Start with the product configuration
Confirm whether the product is assembled or packed in components. Review how platforms, posts, soft elements and hardware are organized in the carton for the exact model.
Agree the information inside the box
Discuss assembly instructions, hardware identification and any brand-specific inserts. Clear model references help connect the packed product to the product page and the order documentation.
Review labels and presentation
Share the required label artwork, language and retail presentation. Confirm placement and content with the team. Avoid assuming that a photograph of a sample carton represents every packing option.
Confirm carton details
Use confirmed carton dimensions, quantities and weights for planning. If a product or material changes, check whether the packing details also need to be updated.
Keep the order reference consistent
The final packing requirements should identify the model and agreed specification. Share destination and shipment requirements early so the team can review them with your product inquiry.
